Silver (no charge-need to subscribe for service)
BasicCare provides a basic plan more suited for seasoned customers who want the benefits of SPC Recommended Updates from product manufacturers which are bench tested by SPC technical experts. BasicCare emphasizes a self-service approach to support and provides such tools as email notification of SPC recommended minor updates (minor updates are defined as the same version family such as 1.3 to 1.4 or 1.5 and our full complement of online information. Our technical staff is always available on a time and material basis at $125 to $195 an hour depending upon the product.
Gold
As an EssentialCare subscriber, you'll receive all the benefits of Basic Care, plus assistance from our skilled support team. You will receive up to 3 minor update files per year upon request via email or snail mail for you to install as you see fit. Our technical staff is always available on a time and material basis at a reduced rate of $125 an hour.
To ensure the best support, SPC requires you are current on all versions before starting SPC SSA program either at yearly Preventative Maintenance call, a time and material "get current" fee.
Platinum - $500 annually
In addition to all the benefits of EssentialCare, the PremierCare plan is designed for customers who prefer even more personalized attention. You receive up to 3 minor update files per year upon request to be remotely installed by our technical support staff. Our technical staff will be available to support you remotely on an unlimited basis, excluding any part or materials.
